- work life balance - work from home perks - good people, amazing team

Cons

- when there’s change in the portfolio work usually gets dump on you and there’s plenty of hierarchy instead of helping and getting hands dirty it’s plenty of orders here and there - a grey area where you want to step up to the next level but they rather hire an outsider
