Pros

The office environment is friendly and they were very welcoming. They gave me more and more difficult tasks as I showed them what I was capable of.

Cons

Sometimes interns will have to do data entry and other mindless tasks. Sometimes, I was told to do a task but I wasn't explained the overall picture or purpose of completing the task. Work can also get hectic sometimes with tight deadlines and staying for extra hours was common.

Good process and management in the company. Experience in many big and international exhibitions.

They don't really care about the interns when it's a busy season of the exhibition and when they need someone to help.
