Young company, get to go to the tradeshows and have fun. I've learned alot having this as my first job

Cons

Horrible pay, not a great company culture, upper management is very cheap and you don't get any additional benefits or recognition when you do well.

I've enjoyed my time at Reed Exhibitions and feel the Sr. Management team offers a great amount of support and are always willing to assist when it's needed. The culture is very relaxed and gives you a lot of autonomy in your job function.

Cons

so far I haven't had any issues or cons to speak of.
