Pros

Never worked in a more fascinating industry than live events. Company, while having to deal with the BS from parent company RELX, was awesome. Committed to improving DEI, carbon footprint, etc. People I worked with at business units across the globe were pretty much uniformly great. Miss it dearly.

Cons

Still a long way to go in DEI. A little too much focus on cutting costs
