Pros

A highly professional powerhouse of an organisation with plentiful career opportunities and a good focus on D&I and ambitious growth plans. Flexible working opportunities and understanding of work/life balance. Excellent benefits.

Cons

Poor communication with staff, impersonal and sometimes cold treatment of staff and (below) average pay. Company culture never recovered from COVID, where mass redundancies were handled less than desirably. Too much red tape and too many processes that take too long and prevent creativity and innovation.

Fun team outings, good HR team. Show days are always the best

Cons

Salary is ok. Major structural changes and team changes. All team have favourites employees who have worked there a long time, always look after them before newbies.
