* Decent hours * Some good benefits

Cons

* Unclear job role * Micro-management * Low salary * Very corporate * Do not look after employee's mental health * Diversity issues * A lot of favouring certain staff members over others, leading to unfair treatment * Constantly going through a 'transformational' phase, so it is never clear what is expected of their employees, just seems like more work is given with no reward. Would not recommend this company personally, unless being micro-managed is your cup of tea.
