The event industry is in decline.

Cons

( I write this in hopes of helping YOU who may be considering working here) The company has a zero human resources dept to communicate with. Don't be fooled by the interview. The environment is terrible ( EVERYONE hates it) and there is zero culture. It is just a FACTORY. Most people are unhappy and they have received recent feedback from all the employees ( via a survey) which rated them as very low.

This company is so top heavy it's absurd. They pay all the worker bees peanuts as Senior Management takes own huge salaries. If you land a job there, be prepared to move around until your head spins off. Zero management or training. All the positive reviews are from the newbies, yet to see the light.
