Awful egotistical senior leadership. Terrible pay. Terrible bonus (or no bonus for non-management staff). They do not care about you. You are just a payroll number. Loads of people have gone off on stress leave because of the toxic culture. Serious issues with bullying. HR is the worst. I have seen people treated so badly in COVID times. Invested money in a re-brand - should have spent that money keeping staff in their jobs.

Career progression is non-existent / poor. To get a promotion is extremely difficult. If you want a sideways move for progression you are either blocked or treated with suspicion / seen as disloyal Previous head of B2B, now overall head of B2B and Travel sees loyalty as everything, and runs the division where only her “favourites” are safe. Very unprofessional attitude where one wrong move and she will actively look for ways to push you out of the company which has happened to a number of otherwise great staff unfortunately. Pay is shocking. Well below industry standard although the company thinks it’s market leading. You can earn almost double for the same role at other events companies. Covid was handled extremely poorly and they are now struggling to get new staff, partly because the pay is so uncompetitive.
