Great junior roles where you can learn a lot, easy recruitment process,nice location in Richmond,company closed over Christmas,social events

Cons

No progression routes,ill defined roles and responsibilities, constant change,long hours with no overtime pay,major budget cuts,little to no time for creativity.

great environment, informal atmosphere, flexible hours, great location, some nice people work there

Cons

utterly directionless chaotic and often bullying management, no strategy, absence of strategy blamed on lowest staff, no investment in staff careers (e.g. decent training, exciting projects), lots of churn in IT department, contractors doing all the interesting work - perm staff doing boring tasks.

Low pay bonuses take long time to get paid to sales reps. Extremely high turnover with multiple people leaving every month. Bad bosses to work for. No trust in teams. HR is absent. Seen people crying and leaving Stay away. Better join other competitors in this industry
