We do not have an office in Chatswood which I believe is in Australia. This may be a different Reed which is not connected to the company you have logged your review against.

Only speaking for the team I worked with, they were a great bunch.

Cons

Salary and bonus scheme is way under industry standard in the UK. Method of achieving bonus/commission is outdated. Often feels like they're trying to trip you up to not give you the full amount. Company stock price comes before anything, it must go up regardless of how many people leave or how much you expect to get paid.
