Flexible,easy work, flexible schedule, not hard

Cons

LOW PAY, only higher ups receive a raise that actually makes a difference, lacks diversity, lacks growth, lacks training, and absolutely no culture

Pros

Very few Pros to be honest. Used to be you can work remote but they got rid of that and blatantly ignore employees wanting to go back to a WFH schedule

Cons

Advancement is nearly impossible. The other branches basically compete with one another, but in a way that hinders people from doing their jobs. Management is usually unqualified and shows favoritism
