Pros

It's a job. They pay you. There are insurance benefits.

Cons

Employees are totally disposable. FO and their managed transportation TMS systems are almost unusable. Almost impossible to move up in the company. Salary (hourly for most positions) is hilariously low compared to comparative companies.

There are absolutely no pros to working for RXO aside from having a source of income.

Cons

Lead off of fear, no relationship base as everyone is disposable if it improves profit, will bait and switch proposed employee contracts and not honor what is presented, will not honor what is stated in the company policies and employee handbook, they will place misogynistic leaders in place and HR will completely disregard al employee feedback and complaints, will not honor any earned pay following departure.
