Among the top 5 freight brokerages in North America, surrounded by industry experts and a large number of tenured employees, fast paced and collaborative, opportunity for growth,

Cons

The need for more structured training reflective of a corporate company. Corporate level leadership is out of touch with their employees and fall short on showing genuine acknowledgement and appreciation. Compensation plans are outdated and not relevant to market conditions.
