      The pay was about industry standard but with decent incentive options

      Cons

      You fight nepotism, and HR protects and sweeps under the rug pretty serious allegations

      It is a Good Easy job, but stressful at times.

      Pros

      RXO Logistics is a good company to work for. I work for the Last Mile operations. It is not. It is very much a random day type of job. Most Last Mile is in-office work. There are barely any Remote positions for certain roles.

      Cons

      Moving up in the company is encouraged, possible, and better if you move to different locations. Since it is a growing company, you may have fewer options to be from different locations in your city or state.
