Pros

This company was just spun off and has a tremendous amount of interesting work. Management works hard to ensure employees are successful. Their location in Charlotte is great. Benefits are good and in line with other companies. This is a great place to work if you want interesting work and want to grow your career.

Cons

The pay may be a little under market for starters, not that much and the work certainly makes up for it.

Pros

They have fair wages for the positions I worked there remotely. I was able to grow in the 3 years I worked there. The management team was great to work with.

Cons

When a new client came on board, there was very little information on SOP's and the product. Information trickled very slowly to the Management team and was hard to share with the coordinators. Also, I felt a few coordinators were not performing as they should and not a lot was done about it.

Lots of growth opportunities - a great culture for an over-achiever. If you go above and beyond, you will get recognized and rewarded. Technology feels like part of the operations, and executive leadership is very accessible and collaborative.
