      Salary on time, we can p** and p**p freely

      Alot of cons, favouritism ( growth and promotion are only giving to person who are close to management, gujratis are are giving easy peasy promotion, politics( skilled and excellent employees are tortured and cornered ), transport policy is worst. Admin think he is owner of RXO,

      There's a general understanding amongst one's superiors that out "cutting edge technology" doesn't work very well, so they don't hassle you too badly.

      Cons

      Extremely low pay for the titles, very poor opportunities for advancement.
