      A company for a short visit, not a place to stay long term!

      Great group of people director level and down!

      Cons

      Leadership is one big clique, with a regional VP who micromanages and speaks down to other leadership. Bad business decisions continue to result in massive layoffs and office closures, and this is not exclusive to any specific market; it's been happening since the inception of XPO.

      The pay, doesn't equal the work load . Extreme demand from the OM.
