      Some talented and hardworking colleagues Occasional flexibility in work-from-home arrangements

      Micromanagement is rampant, leaving no room for creativity or ownership Favoritism and office politics overshadow performance and merit Lack of career growth opportunities; no clear paths for promotion Feedback is often dismissive or hostile rather than constructive High employee turnover creates constant instability and stress Poor work-life balance, with unspoken expectations to work after hours

      Infrastructure mess

      They want to improve the infrastructure and do better.

      Cons

      The infrastructure is a massive disaster. It’s not just an uphill battle, it’s a battle on the side of a mountain.

      Nothing to mention from offer negotiation the hr was not sure when i asked questions

      No policy, no process No culture maintained They sack people any time if they feel Typical environment for not asking questions No innovation, no growth
