Opportunities to work overtime every day, discount on hot food items, get to know your community.

Cons

Pay structure is confusing, pay is not competitive nor fair for the amount of work, massive amount of responsibility without training, HR refuses to act on dangerous employees, and payroll app is purposely misleading so they can underpay you. Got asked to work off the clock multiple times. Was told "we're a family, and we are a team, you have to help out."
