Fulfilling work, Fun at work, some great co-workers, flexibility, unlimited overtime, amazing PTO

Cons

Terrible insurance, No one gets fired, only care about advocacy if it comes from a parent or state agency, does not pay a living wage, preaches how they value their staff but does not show it, HR is unhelpful

Racker is awesome company and i love working for them. ive only been here 6 months and ive already gotten two raises and 3 bonuses. and now working my way to senior dsp.

covid restrictions, poor communication between coworkers.
