Cons

Team Directors get the brunt of everything.

Pros

Flexible schedule Overtime Build relationships ( you get what you put into it ) Can't speak for all but I had great supervisors Decent job for college students who may be interested in the field

Cons

Low earnings, not sustainable Hiring the wrong type of people in both entry-level and MGMT High turn over

Pros

They have wonderful ideals, and the people are usually great and caring. There is a downside though, The higher up's are out of touch, and a bit greedy.

Well, let's see, operate a non profit in a country obsessed with profit...
