Plus, the team is filled with good people—supportive, talented, and always ready to help each other. It's been a pleasure to be part of such a positive workplace culture! I am super happy to be at Rackner and plan on staying here for a while.

Rackner may be a smaller company, so it can feel a bit uncertain at first with who to reach out to and where to begin, but once onboarding begins, there’s a strong support system with people ready to guide you through every step.
