      Pros

      Raconteur was a great place to work. Really helpful, friendly and supportive staff, approachable CEO and senior leadership team, and a great culture. Good benefits. It's ambitious and always striving to do the best possible work, with a really talented team making that possible.

      Cons

      Market conditions made the past six months or so more difficult, as it has for many media companies. Bit of work to do on diversity, particularly women at senior level, though management is aware and working on it.

      Pros

      The people make Raconteur. They are caring nice and helpful at every stage of the journey. The CEO and SLT are all lovely people.

      Cons

      They were some decisions made, in tough market conditions that were not correct. Hindsight is 20:20 and knowing what we did at the time, I would of made the same one. The publishing industry, especially Print is tough, but it seems the transition is happening.

      Pros

      Raconteur is the best company I've ever worked for. Since my first day working here, I was made to feel very welcome and part of the family (I'm aware of the cliche, but this is really true at Raconteur). I have never worked with such a talented, ambitious and kind group of people. This is a company where you can be yourself at work and your opinions matter. It is truly inspiring to be part of such a collaborative team (not always the case in sales) and where everyone is so dedicated. I have worked at Raconteur for three years across four different roles which I'm very grateful for (started as a campaign manager and moved into management and sales enablement). There are excellent opportunities to learn and grow; the senior leadership team recognises your hard work and are very hands-on when it comes to supporting the team. I wish Raconteur and the team the very best!

      Cons

      Raconteur has been through some big changes recently. There has been a restructure of the whole team and 2024 is a crucial year for the company. However, there is a strong plan in place and I believe the leadership is very well equipped to make it a success!.
