Pros
You are able to learn a lot in a short amount of time and are given the resources to do extremely well if you put the time in. You may not always be shown how to use all of your resources, but if you ask people will be willing to show you and help you out. Many employees do the minimum amount of work, so if you are willing to go the extra mile you will be able to move up quickly.
Cons
Some teams are not managed as well as others, and have an extremely high turnover. If you're one of the lucky ones to be put on one of these teams, step it up and you may become the leadership the team needs!
