Where to begin? The CEO is out of her depth; uninspiring, out of touch and consistently making decisions that drag the company backward. She's been running things into the ground since the TMP days, and the only reason she’s still in charge is because of the relationships she’s cultivated, not results. It’s obvious to anyone paying attention that competence is not what’s keeping her in the role. There’s a clear pattern of favoritism that leaves little room for diverse voices. Take that for what it's meant to be.
