Great list of clients My team was the best team I've worked with in my career.
Cons
Management never rewards staff. Always seems to be a pay freeze even though CEO says we're making millions. A lot of favouritism between senior management and certain individuals who get promoted often. Nobody else is even noticed for their hard work. Don't join if you're looking for progression, it doesn't exist at AIA. People come and go very quickly.
