Pros
The people I worked with were great. Had really strong relationships that I'll take with me. My direct manager was incredibly supportive as well.
Cons
EVERYTHING else, literally. Terrible pay, no work/life balance, senior management is clueless and oblivious to his own department. For work parties, they order DOMINOES pizza with a couple bottles of Svedka. Pathetic. Treat your employees well and you won't have turnover rate of 90 days.
