      Bad....bad...and MORE bad.

      Pros

      There are some decent people in the office that you can interactive with on a day to day basis. Sometimes you can work from home.

      Cons

      -Low wages -Horrible benefits package (count on spending a pretty big chunk of your income on insurance unless you get the cheap plan that covers nothing) -The worst management I've ever seen. They are there to bully and collect a paycheck and nothing more. -CEO seems to be out of touch and really doesn't care about anything except pocketing TMP's "record breaking profits" -No training whatsoever. Nobody knows what they're doing, no matter how long they've been there.

      Pros

      Most of the worker bee employees are pretty great people, and the work the company does for clients is kind of cool.

      Cons

      The company is a totalitarian dictatorship whose only guideline is "Will this make the CEO angry?" There is absolutely zero strategy in how this company operates, the software products are a joke, and the culture of fear is atrocious. On top of that, office locations are terrible and compensation is well below market for every single role.

      Pros

      Lots of development opportunities if you want to broaden your recruitment experience. Engaged and motivated staff.

      Cons

      As with many companies the resourcing issue can be a struggle and sometimes found ourselves with a huge amount to do, but lack of resource to complete it.
