Pros

Great, challenging team-based company that provides a lot of autonomy with very little hand-holding involved.

Cons

People who need to be micromanaged don't tend to last long, also the autonomy can be a bit of a double-edged sword as there aren't many "safety nets" in one's day-to-day. Ultimately each employee is responsible and accountable for his/her actions.

-Great location -Occasional free food...that's about it.

Cons

Too many to name. This is specifically for the Content Marketing department. -Poor Management. The supervisor acts like he's there for you but will throw you under the bus in a second. Especially if something's his fault. Which it usually is. -Management is horrible at communication. Rude and disrespectful. -The team i worked with ran in cliques and were very petty. Kind of like high school. -Not really interested in my growth, and had no idea how to properly train us. Which is the reason for the VERY HIGH TURNOVER. -Doesn't want you to get comfortable there. In fact in my interview the supervisor said he wasn't expecting me to stay more than 2yrs. That was red flag. I can go on but i think you get the picture.
