      - Autonomy to leverage your own skill set - Convenient down town location - Competitive base pay

      Cons

      - Zero support (worked there for 8 months and never once even met my direct report once) - Endless turnover in sales (revolving door) total career pitstop - Cynical - Toronto leadership - Deflated attitude towards new deals - Tries to position itself as a technology company, but looks and feels more like an agency with agency service standards - Commision are scarce

      Great people to work with! Coworkers are the best part of the company.

      The training structure could definitely improve. New employees need to be given better tools to succeed in their roles. Dealing with very demanding and rude clients, of which TMP always puts above its employees

      Fun work environment, extremely intelligent and passionate colleagues. If one pulls their weight, they are rewarded handsomely both financially and through career development, often in a quick amount of time.

      Cons

      Long hours depending on the client base (and the time of year). An entrepreneurial spirit is required to successfully self-train, so for those who don't have that inherent ability, on-boarding can be a challenge. No 401(k) matching.
