Pros

Diversity of clients. Summer flex schedule.

Cons

No communication from office management. No transparency. Very high turnover. Trying to be a software company and letting good people with strong skills leave the company.

Pros

TMP encourages autonomous work which allows for an excellent work/life balance. Deadlines are in place and when those are hit, your time can be spent how you choose. The office is primarily a young group that enjoys the regular office party complete with themes and decorations. TMP is also great at hiring people with little to no experience aka new college grads. Management is also really great at TMP. Always there to help, teach you new things, and help you achieve your personal/professional goals.

Cons

The only con is that there isn't competitive pay. While you have a great work/life balance, the pay is the main reason other employees have left the company. The turnover in some departments is fairly high.

Pros

Your coworkers are one of the biggest reasons people stick around; we have a lot of fun and we help each other out, at least within your department. You'll learn a lot and you'll have the opportunity to one day move on to bigger and better things, whether that's within the company or without. If you put in the work and actually care, you'll reap a lot of rewards - there is no question of that.

Cons

Different departments don't always work very well together and people like to push the blame or the work off on to anybody else. The distribution of work is not always fair, mostly because turnover is high. People leave and are hired often, so there is either extra work while we cover for someone who just left or wait for a new person to get up to speed; sometimes it can feel impossible to ever get above water with your workload. The pay could be better, but as many people have said, this job is a stepping stone to bigger and better things.
