Great culture, wrong priorities

Pros

Culture here is great. Lots of office and team events and outings, complete with Mad Men-style libations. Lots of PTO. Flexible work hours, casual office environment. You're forced to learn a lot very quickly.

Cons

Employees are not paid what they're worth, and that's besides the fact that many of them work far beyond the 40-hour work week. Nights and weekends aren't pushed on them, but someone has to do it. Recognition isn't usually given for a job well done. You're more under the magnifying glass when something goes wrong. Internal teams sometimes work against you. Bigger decisions in the company seem to be driven by the dollar, but that's most places.

Pros

Some good people there but sporadic through the offices; flexible with hours and working from home. Good compensation.

Cons

No professional development whatsoever regardless of level. Too many management layers without actual value being created. With the organization torn between being an ad agency and a tech company, the interaction with clients is more about forcing product sales than being a consultative partner for the best strategy. Overall company is focused on selling since they are owned by private equity so wouldn't recommend as a career but mostly as a placeholder until something better comes along.

Pros

strong vision good product suite some very smart people good locations competitive salary

Cons

The last two years have been chaotic. Many new product launches and not enough support or follow through. What this means is that platforms are full of bugs or not functioning properly; reporting and analysis is sloppy and incorrect. The implementation and support teams are inexperienced and can't provide proper support. Turn over has increased. Account Service team and clients are paying the price
