      I liked the people on my level, collegues.

      Cons

      Higher ups knew nothing about digital or their people. No mentors. Just a whole bunch of car salesmen who only cared about Disney and the bottom line. Not considerate of working mothers.

      1) Opportunity for growth is confined 2) A bit of grunt work in addition to long hours depending on volume 3) Recruitment advertising agency - not for individuals seeking creative, consumer-based clients and/or projects 4) Extended learning curve - lack of knowledge/training to AEs 5) Outdated and lackluster computer programs used daily
