Lots of restructuring into a ‘tech’ company but seems like a lot of the systems are from the dark ages. Forced team restructuring due to this tech shift, including Job title and team changes that aren’t always positive. New team structures rely on people who have historically been on accounts to shoulder new team training and onboarding. This often includes being a crutch for senior members, with little to no recognition and compensation. Very US focussed reward schemes and company calls, with social media often being overlooked.
