This company is suffering from a severe identity crisis ever since a private equity company acquired it and started to discard staff in an effort to restructure and change from an agency to a tech company. As a result, many junior employees are left to handle far more work they weren't experienced in handling before. This has created issues with clients which will come back to haunt management as they struggle to keep frustrated clients and employees. Management keeps on changing nomenclature of titles and offerings, leaving employees and clients even more confused. In my opinion another round of layoffs is likely as the company readjusts its plans once again in its effort to be a tech company. This isn't a stable company at the moment.
