      Pros

      Management typically understands the needs of employees, office is generally a laid back place to work, and employees are a top notch group of people.

      Cons

      It can be super busy especially toward the end of the year but personally haven't had any issues to date.

      Pros

      Good leadership, lots of opportunity - great place to work and grow a career. Training is great, probably the best I've had in the 3 companies I've worked for. NY office has a laid back atmosphere- always something going on whether it's TMP sponsored or employees just deciding to go out after work. Managers make clear the vision/direction of the company during monthly all-staff meetings.

      Cons

      I've been here a couple years and haven't really come across any; it can get very busy at certain times of the year, but it's the nature of the business. Any time I've felt overwhelmed, my manager immediately stepped in to help- which you don't always see.

      Pros

      Very young and friendly staff. Mostly laid back environment. Decent place to work for a short term. There is such high turnover that if you are halfway intelligent you can get a promotion which will look nice on paper and help you land a better job elsewhere.

      Cons

      Cheapest company I have ever been at. Terrible salary and benefits, which is why the company is a revolving door. 401k match is optional by the company and will result in about 1/2 percent if you are lucky, and even then you have a very long vesting period. Expect to be paid 25% below market. Make no effort to retain anyone, everyone is viewed as disposable. Other than senior management, no one stays at this company more than 2 years.
