      Pros

      There are a handful of people I enjoyed working with and two projects that were good for my resume.

      Cons

      Where do you start? This "Digital Brand Authority" only recently added an full-time analytics director. The executive team is obviously plugging their TalentBrew software disaster as a way to sell the company. The only thing that matters is the bottom line and lining the executive team's pockets. I have never worked with more inept and lazy people ever. Teams are made up of people too stupid to be paid more or too dense to find a better job. Avoid any of their offices unless truly desperate.

      In our little corner of the advertising & marketing world, we are a legitimate thought leader. We offer a collection of services that nobody else can. A great, fun, energetic culture.

      Cons

      Inadequate internal communication; ever changing "process"; a lot of runaround and gray area between teams.
