What a mess

Pros

The work they do in the US and UK is engaging and creative for the vertical they operate in. Met some good people there.

Cons

The Canada team is very short term goals oriented and is focused on the money numbers. Client satisfaction was not a top priority (bill them now even though the project isn't delivered and hope it gets paid, just so we can recognize the revenue in the active month). It felt like a desparate company trying to stay afloat. Very high turnover and poor change management. Training was done through Webex with a "trainer" reading slides and yawning. Very little innovation going on when providing proposals to clients (always forcefit high margin products/services) and a lot of recycling previous media plans for another client. The agency shoft from media agency to technology partner is going well in the States but in Canada it never really took off (and even less in Quebec) so it is pretty disjointed.
