      Pros

      Salary - that is really the best part of the job. I wish I had more to say, but I don't. Please don't work for this company.

      Cons

      management, if your not part of the 'inner circle' look out. It doesn't matter what you know, if it doesn't come from someone in the circle, it doesn't mean anything.

      Pros

      There are some mid-level managers who care about the culture and consequently attempt to make working at TMP more fun. There is an attempt to coordinate social group activities that do not revolve around drinking. You can get decent experience working at TMP, that you can leverage for the next step in your career.

      Cons

      The decision making process at this company focuses solely around what would improve its EBIDTA score and make the company more desirable to potential buyers. For employees, that means lower salaries and less long-term investment in the sustainability of the company. In fact, the company's MO is not to be sustainable, it's to be sold. There are many elements of this company - from the culture to the salaries to the way employees are treated as expendable - that are anything but sustainable, which is demonstrated in the high turnover rate and general low morale.
