Take the good with the bad

Pros

Close knit teams, common goals

Cons

Company continuously bites off more than it can chew. Is not properly staffed in its Technology area or with Digital SMEs that can deliver the quality of product/service that it claims to offer. TMP pretends to be an authority on many things and to be a world-class agency, but is not staffed to deliver cutting edge anything. High turnover. Executives with dollar signs in their eyes at the expense of its clients.

Great people, Terrible company

Pros

Many of the smartest people I have worked with were my co-workers at this company. There were amazing opportunities to work with great clients and companies, work with other offices around the globe, and make a real contribution to the clients business.

Cons

Terrible management, very impersonal and focused only on the small dollars and not the big picture like figuring out what business they are actually in. The same brilliant people that were a joy to work with were often disenfranchised by the decisions and lack of respect that regional and national management teams showed them. Creating an atmosphere of fear and scepticism that anyone cared.

Pros

Overall, its not a bad place to work. The benefits are decent, work hours are ok, dress code is relaxed.

Cons

Pay is low, management is sub-par, no opportunities to advance, very aggressive and nearly unattainable sales goals, no support for employees.
