Pros

There is a lot of comradery within individual departments and creates a good sense of "team" in approaching projects and learning from one another. Also, the benefits are great. You're expected to work hard and challenge yourself which keeps you interested and focused on continuous achievement.

Cons

Majorly sales-focused. Shifting some of that focus to service would help accounts grow and create long-term goals. Training and development is a kind of weak - it would be nice to have more mentor-style working groups.

Pros

Worked witha a few talented people.

Cons

Unrealistic goals and management expectations. No work/life balance. Management would email at all hours of the night and if you didn't respond, it was frowned upon. You don't get credit for a doing a good job, but you'll hear about it if something goes wrong.
