      Pros

      Everyone that I worked with was overall easy to work with and collaborative. Loved the unique mission of Radancy and my colleagues. Also rewarded hard work and made sure you felt appreciated (at least my direct supervisor was that way).

      Cons

      Don’t necessarily agree with some of the business decisions that have been made. Also it seemed like sometimes different teams lacked focus.

      Pros

      - Wonderful supportive colleagues! Everyone I work with is very kind and have helped me grow professionally and personally. - Radancy is Global company offering a lot of experience working with colleagues and clients across the globe. Radancy does this better than any company I have ever worked for or have had insight to. - The software and products are truly outstanding and Radancy is the leader in the industry. It is wonderful to work for a company that is so well respected. - Benefits have improved vastly from when I started. There is a 401k match, US has Flex time off and managers do not make you feel guilty for using it. - Globally, private health insurance is available which is helpful for expats - There are extra days off around holidays

      Cons

      In one office, work-life balance was a lower priority making it difficult to set healthy boundaries and prioritize well-being sometimes. This may be a regional issue. Leadership was always very kind though.
