Pros

- good client base, interesting projects - varied experience available, and good options for internal mobility which is good if you’re new to work and not quite sure what you want to do yet - genuinely lovely people

Cons

- SaaS company but don’t have access to the best tech available (most work is run through excel) - restructuring to focus on SaaS output, but most clients in the UK see Radancy as a traditional agency (or that is what they partnered with them for) so it’s impossible to deliver what clients want - no transparency with clients anymore, senior managers are keeping clients in the dark on need-to-know topics to maintain business - no leadership in the UK, everyone answers to the US - restructuring meant that all Account Directors were demoted without consultation and it was announced on a company wide call before they were aware

Cons

Sometimes the work can be a little overwhelming, but that comes with every job.

Pros

Unlimited vacation - Requires manager approval and you are so busy that you cannot take it.

Cons

Leadership and Human Resources take no action on employees that disrespect employees and adversely affect working conditions. People come and go every few months. Nepotism is seen across the organization and employees with no leadership experience are managing day to day operations of accounts/teams. These actions are greatly impacting the business and lead to two or three employees quitting every few months across the organization. These poor preforming employees then stay in their role as the organization has no choice but to keep them because other employees on the account continue to leave when they no longer tolerate the account/team lead's poor behavior, lack of leadership skills and experience.
