      Pros

      Fully remote, unlimited FTO, very welcoming and ready to help co-workers. When I started the onboarding was smooth and scheduled to a T. They do not micro-manage and treat you like an adult. There's room for growth and paving your own path.

      I have zero complaints for this company.

      Pros

      Everyone that I worked with was overall easy to work with and collaborative. Loved the unique mission of Radancy and my colleagues. Also rewarded hard work and made sure you felt appreciated (at least my direct supervisor was that way).

      Cons

      Don’t necessarily agree with some of the business decisions that have been made. Also it seemed like sometimes different teams lacked focus.
