      Pros

      Very generous with time away compensation. Great folks to work with. Extremely supportive staff.

      Cons

      They require too many irrelevant learning and training Zoom, Teams, etc...sessions, i.e. diversity training, with seemingly no regard for how busy you are, but if work is not delivered on time, it can cause "red flags"

      Pros

      Easy to grow and get promoted if you can get along well with your coworkers and balance your knowledge with business needs. Handled the pandemic really well, supported employees and WFH, with most if not all people in the tech groups allowed to WFH indefinitely.

      Cons

      Some people can be pretty abrasive, typical in tech, but luckily it isn't many and they don't usually last long.
