There is nothing good about this company, do not work here. They are owned by New Mountain Capital, a venture capitalist group that only cares about the bottom line and not their employees or the technologies they are acquiring.
Cons
Cheap, disorganized, do not care about their employees, shipping engineering jobs overseas to their contracting firm so they can pay themselves, high turnover rate, acquiring other companies with no real plan other than to fatten up the bottom line so they can sell in 5 years.
