Pros

Not bad in a pinch for a "job", Vacation time if you can wait long enough to get converted.

Cons

Alot of back stabbing going on, alot of undertime when slow, equipment and software hardly works or keeps up with the call volume. No work/liferatio to speak of. Will terminate you and lie to your face with the reason. Poor pay, minimal raise (1.39 in the years i was there) An incentive pay was given for peak season, then dropped after peak was over.
