Pros

Flexible, PTO, people, managers and they are willing to train you not lecture you.

Cons

Some under time when it’s not busy, you may get sent home early. Mandatory OT on occasion. Pay is low but PTO and OT makes up for some of this.

Promotes internally with seasonal roles, focuses on personal development, leadership promotes self-care, does not call you on your day off when someone else is sick, non-intrusive work from home environment that trusts employees, high employee morale, optional horizontal movement, benefits/paid time off

Cons

Hours during Q4 can be hard to predict - can be mandatory overtime, voluntary overtime, or no overtime available.
