Pros

The supervisors that will supervise you and interact with you are often understanding, easy and sometimes fun to talk to and very human. Job security - Incredibly lenient to flexibility, it's hard to get fired from this job. Depending on the position you take, it can be very laid back and easy work. Not much mental strain.

Cons

Micromanaged to hell... The supervisors that supervise your supervisor lack proper discipline and transparency. (They even poorly communicate with their big money clients). Job loss, moving positions, and unsteady work dead lines happen due to their (higher up) mistakes that they keep hidden. You can certainly climb the ladder, but it's not really worth it. You'll constantly be given responsibilities which outweigh the amount you are compensated. Not much to negotiating, they'll find someone more desperate to fill the gaps even if they are less qualified. Too much focus on quantity rather than quality of employees. (They should keep quality agents and pay them accordingly. Radial's profit margin per employee is absurd and imbalanced.) Bad attrition rates when peak seasons come, this means more work for you.
