Pros

Good pay (used to be at the top of the industry) Great training ground to move to something else The new parent (BPost) seems like they have more of a clue than previous owners We might be righting the ship as far as new business is going. Maybe that will translate into more $$$ to hire the right leaders.

Cons

I've been here a long time. The only reason I've stayed is because they paid me well, it was a nice commute, and I could tolerate it. Turnover is ridiculous. The culture is the worst I've ever seen anywhere. The biggest cause to the turnover and culture problems is terrible leadership time and again. No really good leaders ever want to come here b/c of its reputation. Radial is known in the industry as a bad company, so the only leaders they hire are poor quality. That can be said for other areas as well. I know for a fact that good tech engineers have blackballed us as well. The people that do come here either quickly leave b/c they realize it was a mistake or stay b/c they know they can lay low and collect a paycheck. Our Net Promoter score s provided by our clients says it all (not sure if I can share it).

Pros

You will meet some good people.

Cons

Radial has a general lack of consideration and respect for it's employees. The are hemorrhaging clients, have poor decision making from leadership, have high turnover, and utilize outdated technologies and business practices. The have created an environment with poor work-life balance and a culture defined by stress. The sad part is there is a lot of potential, but the archaic mindset and undervaluing of employees results in the departure of all the good employees.
